Hi there, I need an experienced handyman or painter to complete specific end-of-lease touch-ups in a Potts Point apartment. The unit will be 100% free of furniture, people, and pets on the day. The job must be completed in a single day (or plus an hour or two the following morning if absolutely necessary) because I have bond cleaners coming on Wednesday, followed by carpet-steaming and fumigation, before I hand off the keys on Friday 12 June. Scope of Work 1. Wall Repairs & Painting: Pull existing wall anchors and patch approx. 5 small holes. Patch and smooth over one slightly larger wall dent (approx. 2x4cm). Do a standard colour match for the wall paint (the property manager has advised a standard match is fine given the age of the current paint). Supply the touch-up paint and paint over the patched areas so they blend nicely. 2. Door Repair & Painting: Sand down surface scratches on exactly one side of a bedroom door. Colour match the door paint. Supply the paint and repaint that entire single side of the door. Requirements & Materials: You must supply your own tools, plaster/filler, sandpaper, and drop sheets. I am open to cost-plus pricing (hourly rate + the incurred cost of materials). Important: Either include the estimated cost of purchasing materials (spackle + paint + sandpaper) and hourly rate/job estimate in your total offer, or explicitly state in your comment if you prefer to invoice for paint receipts separately.
