my door has become really stiff to shut and it’s scraping at the top. I think it probably needs sanding or shaving down a bit and repainting where the paint has chipped off

Door has been adjusted but pivots need to be replaced. Door is currently staying open when there is even a slight wind.

The guide rail on our wooden sliding door has detached from the door and needs to be reattached. The door itself is fine — we only need the guide rail fixed back into place so the sliding door sits correctly and runs along the guide properly again. Please note the door is heavy as it is wooden, so it may need someone comfortable handling and adjusting a heavier sliding door. Need 3 signs removed from outside of building. The highest point is approx 4.2 metres from the ground so it's quite high up. 2 smaller, 1 larger. The larger one appears to have wiring that would need to be cut to remove it as well as whatever is holding it in place plus the removal of the bamboo stick you can see in the image. Additionally, for the 2 smaller signs there is a slight down hill slope on the pavement which is something that would need to be factored in for your safety and stability when removing the signs. My windows frame is leaking only when it rains and it seems the rain water drops onto the horizontal stud on top the window frame and then flow thru to the window frame. Please see photos. This occuring in two rooms so which are facing outside, where there is an issue with drainage so there is excess water flow at this current time. So I will need someone to get a ladder and clear the top of the guttering, which has been done a few times. This is a 2 floor townhouse.
