Door handle has come off laundry door needs to be reattached

Replace bottom screen in screen door. Street parking on Bourke st

Over time the weight of the door has pulled on the hinges, making it hard to close. The door brushes up on the latch side of the door frame. The Screws have come out from the lowest hinge. attempting to screw them back in has had no success as the holes behind the hinge have been threaded. I assume they will need to be filled and re screwed or the hinge relocated.

We have three doors in our house which don't close properly. The front door and bathroom doors are not too bad, but our door leading to the balcony is in particularly poor condition. The doors themselves are OK, but the screws into the wall aren't working.

I’m organising delivery of a couch which may require removal of the front door to my apartment due to the narrow entry way and then replacement. I’d expect this only to take approximately 30 minutes and would need to align with delivery of couch, so exact details can be provided with approximately 1-2 hour lead time. Task requires experience with door removal / installation, requires removal of the hinges with hammer and removal of screws, then realignment when placing the door back.
