Supply plus install — happy for tradesperson to recommend suitable secure, weather-resistant door and locking options, and open to ideas on the best overall approach. Requirements: Own tools and transport. Experience installing sliding doors or similar secure storage solutions, ideally with outdoor or semi-outdoor installs. Able to quote based on photos or a site visit, and happy to discuss options before committing to an approach. Dimentions: The two compartments are approximately: 58 cm × 264 cm 50 cm × 167 cm It's a bit shorter on the corner and higher in the centre.

We have a kohler toilet that is running. I think that the seal needs to be replaced. We have an internal bathroom sliding door that is not sliding very well. I think that it has come off its tracks, which may need to be adjusted. There is an old balcony door that it is not latching properly. Adding a simple latch may fix it, but it may also need a longer bolt. As I'm pretty sure that the toilet is a simply fix, I'd really like to find some one to do all three jobs. Airtasker always asks me to estimate the price, but I am asking for quotes to find out what it will cost, because I don't know. Please treat the estimate that I have given with a grain of salt.

Stop the security door from scraping on he floor. The door has dropped and is now rubbing on the floor when you open and close it. The hinges have given way and need replacing and the door needs realigning so it doesn’t scrape on the floor..

I have a sliding door which isn’t closing properly - the door rolls into the wall so accessing the rail is problematic! I have another door with a loose door handle and that door also isn’t sealing properly so might need an adjustment to the hinges. This door opens / closes in the traditional way

We need to repair or replace the motors (actuators) on 6 ‘awning’ windows. They are hinged at the top, and open from the bottom. They are all opened electrically with motors (actuators) which have a Somfy remote control. Five of the motors are not working reliably. One always works and sometimes another one works, but not reliably. We need someone to repair or replace the motors and possibly the Somfy remote control. The remote control night need to be re-connected to the motors. The windows are quite high; the motors at the bottom of the windows are 3 metres above the ground.
