Need an experienced handyman or carpenter to remove the old broken door, plane/trim the new door to fit the jamb, chisel hinge recesses, drill/fit the passage handle, and take away the old door.

Repair latch on office acoustic pod door We have a glass office/acoustic pod with a door handle/latch that is not working correctly. The latch bolt is stuck/retracted inside the door and no longer pops out when the handle is released, meaning the door won’t latch closed. The screen on my sliding door came off the frame. I want to put it back on again.

Looking for someone experienced to help install small rectangular fly screens on my glass sliding doors. For clarity, there are three sections in total. Two are attached to the glass sliding doors, and one is a separate window. Each section has a sliding glass panel that lifts up, but none of them stay up and all fall back down. I’d like these fixed so they hold properly. There’s already a designated rectangular section in each where the screens should go, so it should be a matter of measuring, supplying, and installing the correct fit. I’d also like a small cat flap installed into the glass sliding door itself, so experience with glass or door modifications for pet doors would be ideal. Scope includes: • Measure and confirm sizing • Supply and install 3x fly screens • Fix sliding window sections so they stay open • Install cat flap into glass sliding doors • Ensure everything is secure and functioning properly Open to quotes and recommendations. Door handles loose/come off on two doors. Metal handles that join to each other on opposite sides of glass door. Screws/fixing that joins them has broken on one door and come loose on another…. Assuming one needs tightening and other needs reconnection or new joining screws

Looking for a builder or quality handy man that can reconnect my chain drive post at the wall Recent storms wet the original brace and it had been weakening since the storm previous The builder will remove the gyprock and secure a new length of hardwood then firmly reattach the chain drive post back onto the wall The Tasker should have some experience with motorized garage doors - so it operates perfectly. Doesn't have to repaint. But perhaps a little gyprock to finish back original. We'll see if it's required. if you don't think this job is in your wheel house - please don't apply.
