Stage 1 (measure, book ASAP): measure the 2 bathroom door openings and check what weight the existing hinges can safely carry (hinges are fixed to a metal jamb and can't be replaced/relocated) — I'll order the correct replacement doors based on your advice, choosing between hollow core or solid/semi-solid based on weight and trim required. Existing doors are 1975x720mm though new doors may have a smaller gap below. Stage 2 (install, once doors arrive — I'll message when ready): Pick up the 2 new doors from the supplier and install into the existing frames/hinges (35mm thick, 720mm wide, height trimmed to the confirmed measurement — currently 1975mm, expected ~1990mm) Fit new lever hardware on 6 doors total: 1× entrance (master bedroom), 1× passage (guest bedroom), 2× privacy (the 2 new bathroom doors), 2× dummy (laundry, single-sided) Fit 4 door stops: 2× skirting-mounted (bedrooms), 2× half-moon (bathrooms) Seal all raw/cut edges on the new doors with a primer coat (a separate painter handles the full paint job afterwards) Fit 2x skirting doorstops on bedroom doors & replace 2x half-moon door stops in bathrooms. I'll supply the doors, all hardware, all door stops, and fixings. Please bring your own tools & screws if required. Free 4h street parking and a balcony to work from if required. Repair or replace internal door with hole (hollow core) I have a white flush internal door with a roughly 10cm hole in the lower half. It’s a standard hollow core door, photos attached. Please quote both options so I can compare. 1. Patch repair. Fill the hole, sand smooth and repaint the full door face so the repair isn’t visible. 2. Replace the slab. Supply a new primed flush hollow core door (Bunnings stocks them for around $80), swap the existing hinges and handle across, trim to fit and paint white. Please include materials and paint in your price and tell me which option you’d recommend. I’ll pick based on price and finish. Door has been damaged by dog licking, chewing bottom of door, and scratching and licking around door handle. You’ll need to sand, putty and paint those areas damaged.

Simple hanging job of two internal doors. Doors and hinges already supplied. Doors are already sized to fit. Need someone to help mark and chisel/router the hinge recesses in the door jambs so the hinges sit flush, then hang and align both doors. Shouldn't take more than 1 hour. Details: - The hinges are already attached to the doorframe, I am hoping to leave them as is. - The doors will need to be rebated/chiselled out for the hinges so the hinges sit flush. - I already have the two new doors. I have kept old doors to copy spacing for the hinges, just in case. - I have a chisel, hammer, measuring tape and if needed I kept original screws. - I mainly need an extra pair of hands to accurately position, fit and hang the doors. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms door need to replace. Total 4 doors. The doors need to be paint, adjust and install. The door size is not perfect to install straight away, néed to cut to fix the door frame if needed. It’s need to be installing with door locks as well. The old door need to removed and take it to downstairs rubbish room.

I have a job at my new apartment. It's my dog door which needs to be fitted to the sliding door and also extension panels installed so the dog door reached the top of the door frame. I have the dog door, and extension panels, you'll need a small ladder, power tools and screws etc to fit where required.
