This dummy door handle just hangs off. The door closes by clipping onto the magnetic clip at the top of the door. Need the handle to be replaced so I can pull the door shut.

It looks like the door may be failing due to one of its wheels. The job involves attending the property, inspecting the door, purchasing the replacement part in case it apply(reimbursement upon receipt), and repairing the sliding mechanism.

The sliding door is stuck. I accidentally pushed it in slightly at the bottom when moving the bed yesterday whilst it was open and within that time it went from very stiff to slide to not closing. The wardrobe has two doors and each slides open on the other - so we now can’t open the other door. Both doors still look levelled. Photos 1-3 show the mechanism at the top, 4 the wardrobe, 5 open. Front and back screen doors need new heavy duty pet proof mesh. Both doors use rubber cord. Doors about 64 cm wide and 185 cm in height. Mesh needs to be supplied. Also, wooden plank on garden bed has come off - needs to be secured with brackets on either end or long screws. Picture attached.

We have triple folding doors in that seperate our front room into two. These doors have two slide locks on them. One lock goes into a hole in the upper door frame, the other lock is meant to go into a hole in the ground but the carpet that's been laid covers that hole, so the second lock essentially cant be used. There is then a door handle that keep one door connected to the other 2 when closed, this also doesn't meet properly or latch properly. We recently had the doors closed and the windows open, the wind blew and the top and only latch holding them closed ripped through the hole it was in in the door frame leaving a big missing chip of wood. Will add photos tomorrow when back at the property. Need a quote on repair for this.

Door with a very old fashioned lock was closed and now it can't be opened. Inside the room (my bedroom) the lock and latch are of different heights, the door has dropped. I've tried lifting the door from below but it won't budge. To make matters worse there is an over door exercise equipment that is stopping the door from being lifted enough to get the door open. The first pictures are examples of the outside handle which is very loose, inside lock (example from another room) then the exercise equipment over the door.

Need someone to fix door fram

Trim the bottom of two doors and rehang. Doors will be removed ready to be trimmed. Existing hinges to be reused. Doors are being removed to install carpet and need a little off the bottoms. To be done on Wednesday

There is a gap under the door which allows dust and other small objects and pests to enter the premises. I need this gap to be covered with a barrier.

For some reason, the previous owners of our house have removed the latch from the door frame. We need a latch reattached and a new handle. Doesn’t need to have a lock but just needs to close properly. Once we can confirm who is doing the task, we will supply the handle and latch.

1. Front door rehang: The front glass door is double glazed and quite heavy. It is currently not hung straight and is scraping. The screws are square shaped, we have the drill bit for the door screws that you are welcome to use. 2. Television mounting: We have the bracket. T.V. Legs will need to be removed as well. There is a hole in the wall from previous owners. Cables will need to be fed through pre existing hole in wall.

One side of the door frame (lock side) is damaged and needs replacing.
