I need someone to help with repair of minor rest on a bench that is not easily disassembled so much be on site work, pictures show the kind of rust that needs to be fixed. 3 benches.

Looking for a tradie to move large metal shelf approx 1.5m+ slightly to the right as it is blocking our usage of the dishwasher. The shelf will move to the right about 6-10cm. Won't need to install it again - only delivery for the second part. No stairs - there are lifts at both places. I can also help. Note the TV is currently mounted to the wall with a fixed bracket so you will need a long screw driver/proper tools to remove it from the wall and help me move it to the new place. Whole job should take less than 40 minutes including 15 mins for driving.
