Looking to install custom full-height double hinged flyscreen doors for a courtyard entrance in Rushcutters Bay. The opening is approximately 175cm wide. The existing two glass doors open outward, so the new flyscreen doors would need to open inward. Main priority is keeping mosquitoes and especially cockroaches out, so very good sealing around the edges and particularly at the bottom is essential. I’d also appreciate it if you could check other potential entry points nearby, such as: * wall/floor junctions * around window frames * around pipe penetrations (if applicable) Please use a durable, long-term solution suitable for outdoor/moist environments rather than a temporary cosmetic repair. ⸻ Job 2 – Install a flyscreen for an existing louvre window The existing window is a louvre (jalousie) window. The glass blades rotate within the window frame (they do not swing outward). I’d like to keep the existing window and install a custom flyscreen, ideally on the outside (courtyard side) if feasible, while keeping the louvre window fully functional. Bathroom door fixed in a metal frame came off the frame. The hinge, door and frame are intact but the hinge is secure on the frame with rivets that need to be removed and replaced.

Small gouge/damage to plasterboard wall in my apartment needing repair before end-of-lease inspection. The paper face and some plaster has been torn away — roughly 5–8cm in size. Have new toilet seat to install, but old toilet seat difficult to remove as I don't have the right tools. Bolt surrounded by plastic that won't move by hand, and too deep to use pliers or wrench.
