Looking for an extra set of hands (or a few hands) to help me ready my mum's place for rent. There's a huge list of miscellaneous tasks, it could potentially be a few week's work. Tasks include (but you needn't be able to do all!): - painting - repairing architrave/plaster - packing up and/or boxing and moving to attic - tidying up (including moving hard rubbish to front yard to be collected later by another tasker/professional) - Assisting landacaper with labour: digging out a section of the backyard, moving dirt, leveling - general repairs/maintenance/sprucing up - assist carpenter with misc tasks e.g. installing an internal glass door Task price is just an indicator for one chunk of work, not all of the above tasks!!!

I need 2 blinds installed. I ordered them from DIY blinds but could not install myself. Both are 2.5 long. One will be fitted to wall and the other will be fitted to ceiling.

Remove paint/sealant from previously(?) mouldy bathroom. Previous owner painted over mould. The bathroom very small - probably ~5m^2 in size. 1. Remove vanity/cupboard/basin (seal pipework - basin to be replaced later). 2. Remove old sealant. 3. Remove paint from walls/ceiling across a combination of surfaces (rendered brick, concrete, plasterboard). The next stage (out of scope for this job) will be repainting and installing a new vanity/basin.
