This task involves collecting travartine tiles from warehouse in Mascot (ready for collection), preparing base and laying tiles in a terrace house courtyard in Newtown (2300 mm x 4600mm). Existing glue needs to be removed and a new concrete base layed for the tiles to be layed in a french pattern. House is in a tight street so carting of tiles to the house needs to be done manually from the closest available parking spot. Front door step needs to be ground back for painting (by owner) and step at gate need to be concreted to the depth of the front wall ready for painting by owner (will explain this more in detail). This is the total budget allowed - must cover all expenses associated with this task.

Bought an antique couch and one of legs snapped off on arrival It looks like this has happened before and it’s been mended quite badly I need the leg reattached, it looks like the dowel pegs need to be dug out and new ones put in? Couple of small jobs: - hanging two lightweight canvas portraits (on a brick wall) - screwing in small metal bracket into a timber panel - screwing in door knob (simply screwing out old knob and screwing in the new one)
