I need a licensed and insured plumber to relocate an existing stainless-steel commercial kitchen sink to another location within the same restaurant. Scope of work: Disconnect the existing sink from its current location. Move/reconnect the sink at the new location. Connect the existing hot/cold water supply. Connect the existing waste/drain. No new water or drainage lines are required — the new location already has existing water and waste connections. Ensure all connections are secure, leak-free and compliant. I have attached photos: Photo 1: example of how the sink should be positioned/connected. Photo 2: existing sink that needs to be moved. This is at a restaurant in Newtown. Please quote for labour and any standard plumbing fittings required. If additional work or materials are required, please let me know before proceeding. Must be a licensed and insured plumber with experience working with commercial kitchens. Parking is available at the back of the property.

I need a section of gyprock installed in my bathroom ceiling. It was left open to install a high cupboard, but now decided not to proceed with a cupboard, so the space needs to be gyprocked. The area is approx. 1800mm x 600mm. Ceiling height is 3.1m. It will also need a small trim edge. No painting required.

Replace 3 door hinges for a single door

Repair attic ladder mechanism. One side of the spring/hinge linkage has come apart. Ladder is not safe to use. Need the mechanism inspected and repaired or replacement parts fitted if required.
