Garage shelves from Super cheap auto. I think pliers and a normal tool box are needed. They may need to be secured them to the wall. It should take maybe 1- 1.5 hours max. The shelves are easily to assemble my hands are just not suited atm I think if you have assembled them before they should take 20 minutes each. There are 3 in total, but one is partially assembled.
