I need a licensed plumber to inspect and fix a minor water leak underneath my kitchen sink. The leak appears to be coming from the cold-water inlet/supply line underneath the sink — the pipe/flexible hose that supplies cold water to the kitchen tap. The leak is minor, but has been left for a while by the owners, and has caused mould buildup under the sink. I would like the source identified and the faulty connection, hose, valve or fitting repaired/replaced as required. Please bring the necessary tools and common plumbing fittings to complete the repair if possible.

Two are attached to the glass sliding doors, and one is a separate window. Each section has a sliding glass panel that lifts up, but none of them stay up and all fall back down. I’d like these fixed so they hold properly. There’s already a designated rectangular section in each where the screens should go, so it should be a matter of measuring, supplying, and installing the correct fit. I’d also like a small cat flap installed into the glass sliding door itself, so experience with glass or door modifications for pet doors would be ideal.
