Remove the cracking render from a 2.5m long windowsill up on the 1st floor. Redo a render coat on the window sill. Paint the surrounding wall to match - width of a single room, ground and first floor (will require some scaffolding) A long second crack in render above entrance doorway to paint over also.

We had some idiot try and break into our garage last night. They’ve tried to cut the metal frame on the roller door so they can reach around to the door handle. Thankfully they didn’t get very far. Looking for someone to supply and install some sheet metal across the roller door (on 2 panels) to prevent this from happening again.

Cut and install stone for floating vanity. Waterfall edge front. I already have the stone, 2x pieces need to be cut down to size (only one cut each piece). Top piece needs 2x holes cut (for tap and hole for over counter basin). The two pieces need to be cut and fixed together at a 90degree angle. Builder will build the frame, you just need to cut and install the stone. Dimensions (wall to wall is 97xm and depth of the vanity is 30cm and then the front piece should be the same 97cm x 30cm).

We are insulating and carpeting the back of a transporter and need an extra pair of hands - someone who has done a van fitout before We are doing soundproofing, insulation and carpet on the 2 walls only

The tap has become detached and wobbly due to the fittings in and below the bench becoming loose. Does not require any plumbing work, job is probably most suitable for someone with cabinetry experience or general handyman work - might need a jigsaw or some wood glue. Maybe even a 3D printed component. Edit - we also have a very heavy mirror to hang on the wall and are looking for advice or a quote. Please comment on this if it’s suitable for you to take a look it while on the property.

We have a Bunnings FlexiStorage shelving unit that we need installed. We started but realised we got the wrong size and now have run out of time so will be easier to get an AirTasker to do this part. It’s screwing into an old masonry brick wall. We’ve marked out roughly where we want them to go - ideally you will have installed one of these before. We have a three column wall mounted shelving unit installed a few months ago. A couple of screws in the middle brackets started to come lose and the shelves started to sag. Need a tradie with expertise in this area to reinstall the middle brackets.The walls have concrete behind them. Need someone urgently today.
