Heritage hearth which has had carpet overlay removed. We have chipped out the cracked tiles ourselves. The job is to screed and level a new substrate, stabilise under fireplace and lay new tiling. Two tasks for someone with experience with a hammer drill: Drill into brick wall to hang three light paintings (masonry bits not included). Each will need one hook in the wall. Drill into external brick wall to attach clothesline (Hills brand folding frame compact 2.2m x 0.68m) to side of house (screws etc. included). Flexible with time on 6 April

I have a newly installed bi-fold door in the bathroom. However the door has gaps on the sides which dont give a great deal of privacy. Id like someone to measure + supply and install a frame around the outside to create more of an illusion of privacy by not showing the gaps.

I have installed one bracket for the Ikea roller blinds, but I need the other one installed. The other side is partially installed but I cannot screw them in because the screws are damaged and won’t completely screw in securely, so the screws will need to be removed and new ones put in (I have replacement screws). It should be quick, it is just the removal of the broken screws without damaging anything that is the hard bit.

Attach wood cut to size, spray paint black, and attach to roof has fallen off. There are 2 small panels to attach.

I’m interested in getting a quote to dismantle a fireplace surround and re-assemble in my home. The fireplace is Carrara marble and comes apart in 10-12 pieces. It’s located in Darling Point, my home is located in Tempe. The fireplace surround is currently housing a gas fireplace, however it would purely be used as a decorative fireplace in my home as our fireplace is not currently functional. The seller has offered to give us the black insert tiles as well, but I’m not sure how difficult that would be. Would be good to get an idea of cost. We need two IKEA curtain rods and a IKEA blind to go up on three windows. They would all just need to be drilled into the wood at the top of the windowsill. Should be a quick task. When the gas company was installing a new gas line, they knocked loose a single fence paling on my new Black Aluminum fence, It requires to be welded back on properly, both at the top/bottom . Require a quote for someone to come and weld it back on correctly before it comes off completely. Weld should be as neat as possible, and paling should be strait post repair. I'll do paint touch up myself post repair. - Due date: Flexible
