Find experienced local carpenters in Tempe

Looking for an experienced carpenter/installer. Cabinet Installation: 7 wall cabinets anchored into brick wall. 7 base cabinets (cupboards, no drawers) leveled and secured. 1 washing machine stack cupboard. No flatpacks. Cut outs in 3 cabinets for elec/plumbing [2 base, 1 wall cabinet]. Timber Benchtop Installation: 3 x straight bench tops (no mitre joins, no sanding, no sealing required, already cut to size). Secure to base cabinets. Cut out for 1 drop-in sink. I have masonry anchors, and can get cabinet-connecting screws [but not sure what to get]. Also don't have cleats/support timber for bench tops but can get. pics: base cabinet, bracket on back of wall cabinet, something that came with wall cabinet, inside top edge of base cabinet.

We've recently moved into a house where one section of wooden floorboards is coloured differently to the nearby sections. We would like that section of floor restained so that it better matches the rest of the house. We know it likely won't be possibly to perfectly match the colour - that's fine, we just want the difference to be less obvious. The area measures approximately 3.5m x 3.5m. We don't know what wood the floorboards are made of, nor what stains or products have been used. The house is from around 1900. We are seeking someone to: - Sand that area of floor back, - Stain the floorboards to better match the rest of the house, and - Apply a new topcoat. We will pay for the stain and top coat - but would appreciate your expertise to choose and purchase the right products to use, particularly to best match the colour. The house is currently empty so there's no furniture etc to work around. We will have some people painting the house at the same time but will make sure they are not in your way. Work can be carried out any time between Sat 15 Aug to Thu 20 Aug. There's free street parking outside and it's usually not difficult to find a spot. The van sustained damage on a recent holiday and I need help repairing it. A wood panel below the murphy bed has come out of alignment and is preventing the bed from folding down. I need someone with carpentry skills to help re-align the tongue and groove panel, and repair or sand back the damage to the wood above.

Hi, looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to repair an old timber window on a property in the Inner West. There are two parts to the job : Timber Rot Repair: The bottom corner rail/stile of the window frame has localized wood rot. This needs to be scraped out, treated with wood hardener, filled/packed securely with builders bog/epoxy filler, sanded flush, and sealed/painted white to match the existing frame. Glass Replacement: The clear glass pane directly above the rot has a hairline crack. It needs to be safely removed, and a new piece of matching standard clear glass supplied and glazed into place with putty. Access: Property is tenanted, so we will need to coordinate a mutually suitable time for entry. Materials: Tasker to supply all necessary tools, and the replacement glass pane.

***EDITED TO INCLUDE BOOKCASE AND CHANGE TABLE*** Assemble 1 PAX wardrobe and 1 PLATSA wardrobe with hinged doors (wardrobes will be in separate rooms). Also assemble 1 BILLY bookcase and 1 SMASTAD change table (896.033.37) PAX is 3 frames containing 4 doors (third frame has no doors). Total measurement of PAX is 2750mm(W) x 2360mm(H). 2 frames are 580mm deep and the door-less frame is 350mm deep. Ceiling height for room with PAX is 3 metres. PLATSA is 2 frames with 4 doors. Total measurement of PLATSA is 1600mm(W) x 2810mm(H) x 570mm (D). Ceiling Height for PLATSA room is 3.1m. Both wardrobes need to be anchored to wall, as we don't want the skirting removed. PAX room skirting is 70mm(H) x 20mm(D). PLATSA room skirting is 100mm(H) x 40mm(D). BILLY bookcase measures at 1200mm(W) x 2370mm(H) x 280mm(D). Both the BILLY and SMASTAD (896.033.37) will be installed in the same room as the PLATSA. BILLY and SMASTAD both need to be fixed to the wall without removing skirting. My neighbour left some paint on the laneway next to the bins. My dogs walked over the paint, then left paw marks in paint on my backyard and inside (brick floor) See photos. Need to get them dissolved and removed.

I’ve got a new integrated dishwasher and need a new panel and skirting installed

I’ve got some ikea cabinets and require cutting of VJ boards and to liquid nail against IKEA cabinet doors. The are a total of 7 ikea doors. Also require cutting to size and mount door for custom cabinet, with VJ board. And lastly cutting of base board to cover underneath cabinets. No painting required I will supply all materials but Airtasker should supply own tools, requires steady hands or the right tooling to make the VJ boards flush. I’ve supplied a photo of our desired finish of the cabinetry. All ikea cabinets already mounted and secure.

I have a wooden base built that needs the snaptite shed put together and built on top of it. The model is a ABSCO REGENT SHED mode: 23141RK www.abscosheds.com.au Instructions provided and can provide support if needed. Comes unboxed with all parts. Just requires a drill, 3mm drill bit. I can provide ladder, rivet gun and spanner and anything else. Should take around 2.5 hours to put together for someone who knows what they're doing.

We moved into a new house and the over-fridge cabinet clearance is too low for our fridge. Looking to get approx 50mm trimmed off the cabinet and door height and refitted back over the fridge - Due date: Flexible

Our deck took a battering in all the rain, and we need to have it refreshed! Most likely sanded and re-varnished, with a small repair to one board that was scratched by the back door. The built-in bench seat will also need to be sanded and varnished. We do not have the varnish yet but can purchase. - Due date: Before Monday, 17 October 2022
