I need a retail shop bench / counter to be built which will house a display fridge. The counter is roughly 3500mm in length. Looking for someone to build a timber box/header above a room opening so I can install a sliding panel room divider. The room opening is approx. 3.3m wide and the ceiling height is approx. 2.58m. The sliding divider system is approx. 2.4m high, so I need a timber header/bulkhead built down from the ceiling to fill the gap and provide a solid fixing point for the top rail. Scope: Build a straight timber box/header across the 3.3m opening Secure it properly to the ceiling/walls. the existing ceiling has round cornice, so may need to cut cornice in order to build straight angle frame. Make sure the bottom face is level and strong enough to attach a sliding door track Finish neatly, preferably ready for painting or with a simple painted finish

Custom cabinetary built around a fireplace. Each side is circa 130cm wide by 3m tall. One side is to have a built in desk as pictured, with shelving and cabinets above. Collect 4 pieces of timber and use your own thicknesser to reduce them to 30mm from approx 40mm. So both sides are even and level. They are about 2m long.

I have a small rectangle 1m x 3.5m of floor that needs to be sanded and stained with Brown Japan - need it to be done ASAP this weekend. Can be a simple Jobs doesn’t need a giant sanding machine. Understand that is not best finish but it’s a small thing don’t over cook it I don’t have tools or Brown Japan stain - materials on top
