Office entrance is via stairs from the warehouse.

Sparky needed! I need a ceiling fan hardwired into one room in my house. Including the wall switch (not remote). It is the top level of a 2story townhouse with roof access. Unfortunately I don’t know what sort of cost to expect for this. Can you please advise the rate you would charge?

One roller blind at my new place needs repairing, it seems to be on the wrong way around and is stuck, and the chain has come off.

Install 1x ceiling fan (just a fan - no additional wiring for lighting) in patio area in ceiling where existing lights are. If you do a great job at a good price, there will be future work!

Remove cafe blinds x 4 and take away.

Drill brackets into wall Put curtain rod together

Install door closer (Sabre 770) on wooden door and fix Garage door that came off tracks

Remove 10 Venetian blinds from windows. No need to patch and paint - merely remove

Bathroom door frame - door jam, hinges and architraves.

Repair wall where current staircase has been removed.
