We have an approx 1m x 1m discoloured patch plus some blotches (see photos) on our ceiling from a bathroom leak that needs sanding down and patching up to make it less noticeable. We will have it treated and painted properly once bathroom is renovated, but it is too risky to do it perfectly now in case the bathroom leaks again 🙃 Thanks!

Paint ceiling and 2 walls plus trim around a window in a stairwell . WALL 1 - 5 SQUARE METRES WALL 2 - 6.7 SQUARE METRES ( we did not subtract the window) only the upper section of the wall above the ledge. CEILING - 9 SQUARE METRES. we have the paint . The window frame needs an undercoat and 2 top coats . The walls need 2 top coats .

I have a decent-sized kitchen in a 2-bedroom apartment and am looking into a kitchen refresh / makeover. The cabinet doors appear to have a vinyl wrap on them (I’ve attached a close-up photo of one of the doors for reference). I wanted to check whether it would be possible to repaint them with a fresh coat, or if refacing / rewrapping would be the better option. I have a few knicks on the walls that were left after removing pictures that were hanging. They aren't even holes, just knicks in the paint. I need someone that can patch these up and make the wall look like new again. I had someone come in, but they couldn't match the colour of the wall exactly. Need someone that can.
