We have an approx 1m x 1m discoloured patch plus some blotches (see photos) on our ceiling from a bathroom leak that needs sanding down and patching up to make it less noticeable. We will have it treated and painted properly once bathroom is renovated, but it is too risky to do it perfectly now in case the bathroom leaks again 🙃 Thanks!

Bbq inside and out. There is a lot of grease which needs to be removed. Will have access to hot water. The bbq is on a balcony and we require the tasker to bring own drop sheets to protect the balcony. We will supply the replacement sand for the oil tray and some products however tasker will need to bring own equipment. Please refer to photos . Paint ceiling and 2 walls plus trim around a window in a stairwell . WALL 1 - 5 SQUARE METRES WALL 2 - 6.7 SQUARE METRES ( we did not subtract the window) only the upper section of the wall above the ledge. CEILING - 9 SQUARE METRES. we have the paint . The window frame needs an undercoat and 2 top coats . The walls need 2 top coats .

I have a few knicks on the walls that were left after removing pictures that were hanging. They aren't even holes, just knicks in the paint. I need someone that can patch these up and make the wall look like new again. I had someone come in, but they couldn't match the colour of the wall exactly. Need someone that can.
