Skirting board swollen due to water leak behind. Water leak fixed. Skirting needs replacing and painting. Paint on wall above needs touching up as peeled where the moisture got into wall paint just above skirting. All need colour matching - wall is white as is skirting. Paint the interior (walls, skirting and doors) of my one bedroom 65sqm apartment. Some minor wall prep required and preparation to the skirting required. The apartment comprises of; Bedroom Kitchen Living room Dining room Bathroom (already painted) The skirting has been affected by moisture In the past and has expanded in places and so requires minor filling and preparation. I rent the apartment so I cannot replace the skirting - we will just make the best job of it we can. Flooring is timber look vinyl or tile throughout other than the bedroom which is carpeted. Ceilings are circa 2400H The apartment will be furnished so furniture will require protection. Ground floor access with car bay adjacent for use during the day I can provide paint. We are needing a 2x2 apartment painted to the walls, new skirting boards and door frames/doors. New floors have been installed so drop sheets are needed.

We need some painting done as we prep our apartment for sale. The apartment is empty so no furniture to deal with. We require the following work: 1. Repainting our two bathrooms a different colour - one is a larger bathroom area which includes the laundry and a separate toilet. 2. Repainting all the doors in our apartment a whiter shade of white (I think we have 7 doors). 3. Painting new skirting boards before they are installed (2 coats of paint to match the doors). 4. Painting inside our two built in wardrobes which were not repainted last time we had painting done. 5. Touch ups of the existing paint on the walls and ceiling in some areas.

We have moved our belongings out of our house. We are now preparing to move out and want a bit of help with patching and painting. We need it done well. A few areas that will just need a wipe down before a small coat is applied.

We need three internal walls painting in the double storey stairwell. You’ll need a very tall ladder, scaffold or stilts to complete the job (see photos). All paint and rollers supplied so that the walls blend in with rest of the house. Two coats needed of both cutting in and rolling.

Just a small painting task in my kitchen to touch up some paint damage and scratches. Please just budget for three hours of time, I’ll supply paint and tools. Thank you!

Quote is flexible just put an amount up to set up the task. Holes in rendered garage wall need patching. Not fussed if it’s patched with render or filler etc, just need them filled. Then need to paint over the patching and colour match the paint. I do not have the paint to supply so you will need to colour match it and get paint to complete the task. Add it into your quote. Same as 2 small holes in pantry. Concrete wall. Needs patch and paint. Photo 1 and 2 are garage. Photo 3 is pantry wall.

Hi, We need to hand the keys back on Wed 28th and need to have last min paint touch up on the walls. The largest area is where we had some wallpaper and it has ripped paint off. Then there are some small touch-ups around the house on the walls. I have the paint colour from the landlord. The house is only about 20 months old so not faded. Job needs to be quite urgent.
