Floors are tile and timber, no carpet, all walls have 90 mm high skirting boards, to remain gloss paper white, walls require a new colour (currently 1/2 piano), bathrooms are fully tiled, doors are all 28 course high painted papef white, 5 bedrooms, theater, living dinning, activity, games, 2 kitchens, laundry and bar. Available for access from 21st June 2026
