I would like the entirety of the outdoor of our house party painted. It's a large 5 bedroom single storey house in Floreat. The paint will be an off-white hue. The outside walls, windows, eaves and guttering need paint. A few area have peeling paint. A good surface prep and two to three coats of high quality UV resistant paint is expected. Large single story home with 33 course ceilings plus a few taller featured walls requires a repaint (1st since initial all room paint in 2017). Floors are tile and timber, no carpet, all walls have 90 mm high skirting boards, to remain gloss paper white, walls require a new colour (currently 1/2 piano), bathrooms are fully tiled, doors are all 28 course high painted papef white, 5 bedrooms, theater, living dinning, activity, games, 2 kitchens, laundry and bar. I need timber stud frame walls to be built inside a house to seperate rooms, paint and finish, then minor paint touch ups and crack filling around the house. Also fitment of keyless door handles in rooms and front door
