Remove old wallpaper from double storey home 50% of home is covered in wallpaper. There is a high ceiling component in the stairwell requiring ladders. Prefer day rate or hourly rate. Wallpaper removal is required for a half laundry, entrance & stairwell, partial living, upstairs hallway & 4 small bedrooms. To be done by skilled tradesperson who will remove all glues & leave walls in excellent condition for painting.

A small area was effected, getting slightly raised from a hanging on the other side of the wall. I want the effected area (approximately the size of a large hand) sanded back, and painted to match the rest of the wall so it is back to original condition. The door had a hole in it that my partners repaired but cannot colour match the door/ make it look nice. Need this to be done for our next rent inspection. The door seems like stained wood but does not have any grain to it/ is a solid colour. Price is negotiable.

Paint a small section of concrete floor in a laundry/ bathroom area - we have the paint and rollers, needs 2 coats. Probably 2-3 hours of work. You don’t need to be a painter but at least handy.
