Looking for an experienced renderer to prepare, render, seal and paint one face of an external brick wall, approximately 2,440 mm high × 4,500 mm wide. Photos attached. The job includes: * Preparing bare and painted brickwork, including removing loose paint and material and ensuring suitable adhesion. * Tidying and levelling the uneven bottom edge using a small angle grinder where needed, removing protruding material and making good the base before rendering. * Minor patching and repairs, including appropriate treatment of the junction between older and newer brickwork to minimise cracking. * Rendering the full face to a neat, consistent finish. * Allowing the required curing time, then applying a compatible sealer/primer and two coats of exterior paint, colour to be agreed. * Protecting paving and adjacent surfaces, controlling dust, and removing all job waste. Your offer must include all labour, materials, tools, preparation, paint, return visits and cleanup, plus GST if applicable. Please identify any additional repair requirements before starting. Include photos of similar completed work, your availability and the expected timeframe, allowing for curing before painting.

Small acrylic render repair needed around several windows after removal of security screen frames. Exposed brick/mortar where render has come away. Need patched and texture blended to match existing wall.

I have a Garden seat that has a rough plaster finish on the upright back rest and bottom of the seat. I need a micro plaster finish to these two surfaces. I will supply sand and plaster. The blocks at the back and bottom of the seat do not show the plaster already in place.

We need an experience plasterer to plaster the front area of the exterior of home Area comprises of one large wall approximately 4 m high by 10 m long and the interior of the garage along with the postbox area and small sections that have plaster missing or chipped

Our external balustrade needs a light sanding (approx 400 grit sandpaper required) and re-oiling with oil and sandpaper that we will provide. Also, we have 4 stools that need the seat sanded and oiled.
