Approx 18 square metres external sand render to lower half of brick wall which was previously behind fence and never been rendered.

A new timber door frame has been installed. When the old frame was removed, sections of the adjoining plasterboard/masonry wall were damaged and pulled away with it. The affected areas are along both vertical sides and the top of the doorway, with some areas of uneven edges and missing plaster. We also need a plinth for a bath to be framed out if that’s something that can also be done. Work required: • Patch and repair the damaged wall sections surrounding the new frame. • Build up and skim coat where plaster is missing so the wall surface is flush with the door frame. • Blend repairs into the existing wall to ensure a smooth, even finish ready for paint. • Ensure no visible gaps remain between the frame and wall once completed.

I am looking at getting an infared sauna and just seeing before I decide to buy if I can get it put together. It looks pretty simple, they said it takes 25 minutes with 2 people so I could give you a hand (although I’m pretty useless haha) and have an instructional video.

Approx. 10sqm of bathroom brick wall and ledges to be plastered in preparation for tiling. The demolition has not yet begun and that is why the tiles are currently still in place. Where there are tiles - that is where the plastering will need to be completed to prepare the walls for new tiling.
