Hi, I need help installing a small window awning on an external brick wall. The issue is that the awning brackets sit partly over the window frame, so they can’t be screwed directly into the brick. Small media wall needs skim coat. All sanding and holes/gaps will be taped and sanded beforehand

The water pipe has leaked from which water has damaged the gyprock. so, the pipe and the damaged gyprock should be replaced .

One bedroom wall (bedroom 2) needs to be skimmed after removing adhesive wall stickers, paint almost totally stripped off the wall.
