Title: Cut Back Protruding Brick Window Sill – Prep for Rendering Looking for someone experienced in brick/masonry cutting to trim back the protruding brick window sill shown in the photo. We're having the entire exterior brick wall rendered and want a modern, clean, square finish around the window. Scope of work: - Cut back the protruding section of the brick sill so it can be finished flush with the rendered wall. - Allow for the render finish. - Preserve the existing window frames, structural support and waterproofing. - Leave the brickwork ready for the renderer to finish. - Manage dust and clean up afterwards. No rendering or painting required—just the masonry cutting and preparation. Please bring your own appropriate masonry cutting equipment and dust control. Located in Carine, Perth. Photo attached.
