New granny flat extension. Finishing off ceilings and cornices. My hubby has done the job so far himself, so he knows it's not perfect. Just wants an experienced tradie to work on it for a day. All materials supplied. Whatever can get done in one day would be appreciated. Kitchen ceiling has a number of dif angles that need the whole plastering treatment and cornice applied. 5.5m x 4m. Bathroom is 4m x 3m and has a higher ceiling section.

Looking for an experienced renderer/painter to render and paint the existing concrete block wall running alongside our covered verandah. Wall dimensions: approximately 8.7m long × 1.8m high (15.7m²). The wall is currently exposed concrete blocks and we would like to improve the appearance, particularly as it is directly visible from our newly renovated kitchen. Job includes: * Prepare existing concrete block wall for rendering * Render the section of wall underneath/along the covered verandah only – not the entire garden boundary wall * Smooth, neat rendered finish * Paint rendered wall in Dulux White Duck (exterior paint) or equivalent if recommended * Appropriate primer/sealer and 2 coats exterior paint * Create a clean, neat finishing edge where the rendered section ends and the existing block wall continues * Protect existing timber decking, verandah posts and surrounding areas during works * Supply all labour, materials and equipment * Clean up and remove waste on completion The wall is easily accessible from the verandah/deck area. I have 5 curtain rods that I need hung into drywall/gyprock. I have the actual rods and screws I just need them hung. I will attach photos of the actual rods for you. They will be installed onto freshly painted walls

Description I need an experienced renderer to repair the existing render on my front boundary fence in Mindarie. The fence is generally in good condition, but there are various areas where the existing paint/render has bubbled, flaked or come away and need repairing. Photos show the current condition. I will remove all steel fence panels before the job and pressure-clean the fence myself, removing as much loose/flaking paint and material as possible before you arrive. The job will involve: Inspecting the entire fence for any remaining loose, hollow or damaged render. Removing/preparing any remaining unsound areas as required. Patching and repairing all damaged render. Blending repaired areas into the existing finish as neatly as possible. Supplying the required render/repair materials. Leaving the complete fence clean, sound and ready for the painter. I am not looking to completely re-render the entire fence unless necessary. The main requirement is to properly repair the damaged areas and prepare the existing fence for repainting. Painting is not required. Easy access from both sides of the fence and all steel infill panels will be removed beforehand. Looking for someone experienced in exterior render repairs who can achieve a good-quality finish.

My kitchen splashbacks are being installed On 6 August. I must get a suitably qualified tradesperson to temporarily remove my PowerPoints and lower the gooseneck tap so that the glass can be fitted without obstruction. I then need the PowerPoints And tap refitted at a later date

I need the power to be run down the back of the garden bed, from the pool equipment, all the way to the retaining wall on the right to power the pool robot. As you can see by the photos I’m currently using an extension lead. It’s roughly, 7m.

Hi I need a door frame supplied and installed for a house in Dianellla. The door supplied for hanging is 81.5cm x 202cm (hinged door). Quote to include frame, plastering at the top, hang existing door and removal of all rubbish. Space for door and frame is 91.5cm (w) x 242.5cm (h, ground to ceiling).

We had a door installed and gap in the wall that has been patched. Guy moved away before he could finish so we just need the gaps in the giprock boards filled and levelled with the wall and cornice installed and prepped for painting. Shouldn’t take more than a couple of hours, just haven’t had the time to get it done. We have most of the materials including the cornice, cornice adhesive etc. but feel free to look through what we have and see what you might still need. Also have about 3-4 holes in our ceiling from fan installation and removing the old light fixture that we’d love to have patched as well.
