Need some internal walls plastered up and some gyprock installed

Need an experienced handyperson or plasterer to patch and repair 6 holes in a residential plasterboard ceiling. 3 x Ceiling Vents: Back-block and patch 3 small ventilation holes 2 x Extractor Fan Holes: Patch 2 larger round extractor fan cutouts using back-blocking. One is in shower recess (AquaChek) 1 x Ducted Vent Edge Repair: Cut out and replace a damaged section of plasterboard where spring clips have pulled through the corner. Tape and base coat to all patches. Final sand and paint completed by owner. Must supply all materials required.

New granny flat extension. Finishing off ceilings and cornices. My hubby has done the job so far himself, so he knows it's not perfect. Just wants an experienced tradie to work on it for a day. All materials supplied. Whatever can get done in one day would be appreciated. Kitchen ceiling has a number of dif angles that need the whole plastering treatment and cornice applied. 5.5m x 4m. Bathroom is 4m x 3m and has a higher ceiling section.

I have 5 curtain rods that I need hung into drywall/gyprock. I have the actual rods and screws I just need them hung. I will attach photos of the actual rods for you. They will be installed onto freshly painted walls

Wall needs tiling where the shower cubicle has been and tiles have been removed, whilst I was taking the tiles off, the plaster in some areas has come off so needs to be redone before tiling work and commence

Render internal brickwork in a 6m x 6m room for a textured finish

Leak coming through broken eaves. Leak needs to be found, eaves replaced, partial ceiling inside replaced, plastered and sanded for painter to come in

I am looking for a Gyprocker who can fit sheets , set and sand ready for paint . And can also do steel studs and cornice . I have a few jobs on at the moment and need a little help . Will have lots of more work in the future for the right person

we had old ceiling lights replaced with downlights. Now the old holes need to be repatched and painted. There are 4 in total (bedroom, dining, kitchen and small one in laundry area). Photos below except for bedroom. I also have a courtyard with broken and crumbling render around garden beds, which would be an additional piece of work if the plastering job goes well. Can be discussed further in person.

Quote to include frame, plastering at the top, hang existing door and removal of all rubbish. Space for door and frame is 91.5cm (w) x 242.5cm (h, ground to ceiling).

I am looking for a plaster and painter, to plast skirting board area in bathroom 1.90cm x 20cm, laundry 1.75cm x 20cm, and toilet 1.5cm x 20cm. We recently removed skirting boards on wet areas. I have the paint.

We had a door installed and gap in the wall that has been patched. Guy moved away before he could finish so we just need the gaps in the giprock boards filled and levelled with the wall and cornice installed and prepped for painting. Shouldn’t take more than a couple of hours, just haven’t had the time to get it done. We have most of the materials including the cornice, cornice adhesive etc. but feel free to look through what we have and see what you might still need. Also have about 3-4 holes in our ceiling from fan installation and removing the old light fixture that we’d love to have patched as well.
