My front wall needs re rendering and some bricks down the driveway re cemented and rendered. Plus 4-5 touch ups to our front wall house.

Bubbling render in various areas

Currently the space is there and need a door added to it . Will need plasterboard added to top of door frame and ceiling and to the half wall to the side

New Gib wall to be plastered, 2 sides. 2.4 x 2.5 each. Screw points and corners.

Need an external wall rendered. Area is about 2.7m high by 3.5m wide.

Need to replace plaster board on garage roof only small section

One side of toilet wall needs sanding and plastering then repainting

Brick up a planter box and render after a few weeks 3-4 course high x 6m long.

Boundary wall to property has render and painted exterior, developed cracks and areas where sprinklers have degraded surface, and some of the cement render has been come away, also whipper snipper damage along the base of the wall most of the length, bubbling and air pockets forming on some of the surface. The wall is 1.8 metre height, is nearly 40 metres in length and requires 25 to 35 sq metres of render repair work, There is a major crack in the wall which will require racking out patching and re rendering, (see photos), has been patched with poly fills, but requires proper fill with mortar etc.I will repaint the wall after the repair job is finished. The house itself has small hairline cracks in the render surface and will also require some attention but will be a separate job as haven’t decided whether to do a full render and paint restoration as yet. Pull down old gyprock ceiling & basic ikea cabinetry asap in old garage underneath the house. Demolition job, don't need to play friendly with the materials :-) Experience with Gyprock removal necessary please. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 7 March 2023
