We have had 3 wall unit air con installed, these new air cons are smaller than the old one, this has left a bit of a gap with the gyprock that is unpainted and has a bit of bubbling up that needs to be sanded.

We are having our tiles redone in our kitchen, and whilst majority can be tiled over the top of, there is a small section requiring replastering/gyprock repair before we can tile that area. We are wanting to actually take the tiles up higher than where they currently are - have inserted a photo at the end of where the new tiles will go up until. I need a plasterer to fix up two walls where 1) we have had a sink removed and 2) an electrical extension chased along a wall. The job needs to be completed to a finish ready to paint (primer) Where the sink has been removed the top hole is approximately 60 x 15 cm - although a larger area will need to be fixed where plaster baird is damaged. The bottom hole is approximately 25 x 15 cm
