I think it is an Issey roller blind for the balcony. The key for the manual roller arm has rusted and broken. I have someone who has promised to come tomorrow and fix the blind. If that happens I'll cancel the task request. thanks everyone for your interest

Damage to bedroom ceiling from rain water leak. Needs repair. I would like the damage repaired ready for painting including any sanding. Work needs to be done on a Friday or weekend when I am at home. Access is easy. You will need to make sure area is kept clean with cover sheets etc.

Small ad hoc bits of plastering within home. Firstly - filling in where cornices have been removed (and not being replaced) in small powder room which is being renovated (photo 1). Secondly - removing and plastering over redundant wall sockets x 2 (photo 2). Thirdly - small patch up job on ceiling impacted by previous leak (photo 3). Fourthly - patching up small holes from redundant wall attachment x 6 (photo 4)
