Scope of Work: Internal Framing: Supply and install internal stud walls (timber or steel) to partition off the bedroom and bathroom from the main living space. Insulation: Install insulation batts into the external walls, internal partition walls, and ceiling. Note: This is a raked ceiling with no roof cavity, so ceiling insulation goes directly between the roof purlins. Gyprock / Plasterboard: Hang plasterboard to all walls and the ceiling. Must use proper wet-area lining (like Aquachek or Villaboard) in the bathroom/shower zone. Finishing: Tape, flush, and sand all joints and corners to a professional, paint-ready standard. Remove plaster board and skirting in corner both sides . Replace with fire board - 25mm thick x 2mx1m . 2boards. Cut supports so fire board sits flush . Finish joints . Replace skirting and make good to adjacent components.

I have an XTM awning that needs to be fitted to my Gear Up roof racks on my car. Seeking help to mount the awning using the screws and L shaped bracket provided. May need a drill although supposedly could be done without. Need it done tomorrow, Wednesday 27th March!

We are installing the sheeting on the ceiling adjacent to the velux and in the velux shaft. Need someone to come and flush and sand it. Also need a section of cornice along one wall approx 4500 long. Also some patching where we cut holes for building props. Will update photos when plasterboard is attached. Need a proffesional job by someone with experience as we are a kitchen renovation company and this is for a client.
