Steel side gate hinge has snapped and seized. Needs cutting off and a new hinge fitted so the gate hangs and swings properly. also happy for both hinges to be replaced if reccomended. I have an older stone and post fence that is showing signs of wear and disintegration, with some parts falling off completely as pictured. In the first instance I would like someone with experience in this type of fencing to secure/patch the loose and cracked areas to ensure that it does not get worse in the short term and stays structurally stable for now. This will give us time to decide a long term solution. Any advice in regard to long term repair is much appreciated. Fence is an L shape about 6m total length. There are 6 posts and cracking at each post to varying extents as pictured.
