I require a few holes in a rendered brick wall patched. The holes are mainly the result of having some new electrical work done and old wiring removed. All the holes are in a single room in the house, namely the kitchen.

I need repairs to some external rendering. The rendering covers the lowest six brick courses and is degraded. There is also rendering on some brick pillars which needs replacing/repairs.

You could complete this tonight, tomorrow anytime or Friday morning. Prepare this area for painting and tiling by indoor rendering or boarding up and gap sealing the brick bits (photo 1) and sealing where the countertop meets the wall (photo 2 and 3). The red brick areas will be tiled. The rest will be painted. (Not by you 😊 I’m just asking for prep) And then add some sealer to the place the benchtop is sitting on wall. See photos. Complete render patch work around my property in east freo

I need the back and side of my house rendered. It’s brick. The back of the house is photographed in 3 areas. There a pergola covered area and a jutting out back gable wall, and a washing line area. There are windows and doors etc. One additional piece needed is to prepare a window space (photographed inside and out for the installation of a stone bench top and bifold window (style photos allow included). This will require communication with the kitchen company to ensure measurements for heights are aligned etc. inside white coat and a perfect finish is needed. Please leave the space clean and remove all materials. Leave no render on paving. Thank you.
