Please disregard my price, and quote as you see fit for the project. We are installing a gas fireplace in our living room and need to construct/frame a stud wall surround for it. I'm looking for someone to construct the wall and plaster/gyprock the walls. Install would include cornices and skirting boards. I have attached images of the space where the fireplace will go. The wall is around 2.2m wide and the surround must be 450mm deep for the fireplace and then around 300mm for the flu and area above the fireplace. We would like to include a shelf as per the example image. The area above the fireplace will be for a TV to be mounted.

Replace an old balustrade. Has x railing currently unsafe. Happy to take advice on new style. Could consider wood or iron?

I need the front of my house rendered

These are 30 year old limestone steps. They need to have some render applied to them to level them out and make them safer.

Reattach outside toilet doorframe to wall, repair door and paint both. Cement render patch to inside toilet wall and fill cement other areas requiring a patch up. Paint inside of toilet walls cream colour and one outside wall in charcoal to match other two walls - Due date: Before Sunday, 18 September 2022

Need job to be completed by Friday 12th November 2021 Painting of all timber of front verandah and attached window awing and front concrete face of Gardern bed beneath verandah . The dimensions are - verandah L6 x D2.5m and window awning L4.5 x D1m concrete face 3m x 1m Primer Paint and topcoat is provided. All other painting-equipment to be supplied by contractor. Site clean up expected and all painting equipment cleanup to occur off-site. This entails. Painting of roof rafters from gutters to house, patio posts above concrete pillars, outside and inside face of patio area, outside bargeboard on left side when facing house, facia board to centre only of a-frame above front window roof left side of house. Removal of cobwebs using cobweb brush of all a-frame area above roof of left front window. Minor Spot sanding and flaky paint removal as required. All areas will be sugar soaped and dry prior job. Ready for preparation and painting. Primer Paint needed for undercoat All other painting-equipment to be supplied by contractor.
