I have purchased the new Fienza basin tapware, shower rail / head, shower tapware and shower shelf. Scope: . Remove existing basin tapware and install Fienza Lillian Shepherds Crook Basin Set, code 336101UB-LF, Urban Brass, lead free, 6.0 L/min . Remove and replace existing basin U-bend / trap / waste pipe. These parts are not supplied and need to be supplied by the plumber . Check all basin connections for leaks and ensure tapware is aligned, secured and sealed . Remove existing shower head and shower tapware . Install Fienza Lillian Twin Rail Shower, code 455114UB, Urban Brass, 9.0 L/min . Remove existing shower shelf . Make good vacant fixing points / tile gaps from removed shelf and fittings . Replace affected tiles with suitable new tiles. I will try to source matching white gloss wall tiles before the job . Install new Fienza Lillian glass shower shelf, likely mechanically fixed with wall brackets . Allow for drilling through tile, wet-area fixings, sealing penetrations, and confirming shelf position before drilling . Test shower head, hand shower, tapware and all connections for leaks Notes: . Bathroom has white rectangular gloss wall tiles with black trim . Basin is pedestal style . Please include labour, standard consumables, sealing materials, basin trap / waste parts and disposal of old fittings . Work area to be left clean and tidy Please respond with: . Outdoor tap attached to a brick wall is leaking. Leak appears to be coming from the tap/valve area or pipe joints (see photo). The reticulation was fixed 6 months ago and it was about a 3-4hr job. There are now a few leaks, a few broken sprayer heads that need replacing and just an overall check of the system. Front garden, front verge, side walk way and back garden. There are a few different cycles set up and it would good to consolidate them if possible.

Base of kitchen tap has slow leak. Bathroom tap will run a little bit if not turned off hard. Toilet will still run water into toilet if flush not pressed hard.
