I have a washing machine with taps that sit directly above it, I am hoping to buy a dryer that requires stacking on top. I need the existing taps capped and almost flush with the wall and the washing machine hose moved over to the sink next to it Please blank off the washing machine outlets on the wall and install a dual-check or mixer tap with an appliance adapter so I can connect the washing machine hose directly to the sink faucet.

Toilet is leaking from the base of the pan onto the bathroom floor. Water pools around the base after flushing. Suspect a worn wax seal / pan connector between the toilet and the floor outlet. The toilet itself flushes and fills normally, leak is only at the base. Looking for a plumber to diagnose and repair. Please quote a fixed price including callout, labour and parts :)
