Hi Steven, The shower is a quarter-turn tap and it continues to drip when the tap is fully closed (hot water only), so I believe the ceramic cartridge needs replacing (may be worthwhile replacing both hot & cold). I have had a quick look myself (not a professional), and it appears the bathroom renovation (done before I purchased the house) may have left the tiles very close around the tap assembly, which could make accessing the cartridge more difficult than usual. Could you please provide a quote and let me know if you anticipate any issues accessing and replacing the cartridge? Thanks.

Swap out the plumbing that is already connected

Washer(s) to be replaced that are set back behind the level of tiling. I cant get the tools to fix. Also bath drain grid has wasted away after 30 years. Needs replacing. Happy to separate jobs as washer is more important.

When a plumber changed the bib tap on the bath, the pipe in the wall twisted and snapped. It is very difficult to fix and reach due to asbestos there and wood (see photo)? So want small amount of asbestos removed to allow access.
