I'm looking for an experienced bathroom renovator, plumber, or handyman to inspect and quote on a few upgrades to my bathroom in South Fremantle WA. Scope of works: Remove and replace existing shower head and rail with a new modern fixture. Remove the current shower curtain setup and install a fixed or semi-frameless glass shower screen above the bath. Assess and provide a quote to replace the existing bathtub with a new bath (subject to cost and feasibility). Advise if any waterproofing, plumbing, or tiling work will be required. The bathroom is relatively small and the existing bath/shower combination can be seen in the attached photos. Please provide: Your experience with similar bathroom upgrades. I would like to replace my old faucet with a new one.

Please see pics. The wood under the sink needs replacing and the two cracks on the sink needs to be fixed better please. The goal is the make the sink and vanity look like new or as close to it as possible.

Valve is leaking on hot water system. Have tried to release the water but still dripping.

Got two taps both leaky, please replace o rings and relevant seals etc. Fix leak. Also the splitter needs an o ring - Due date: Flexible

I have an existing outdoor bathroom with shower and bath. I’d also like to install a washbasin and would like the plumbing to be installed on the wall opposite the shower. Currently replacing the decking so great time to run the pipes - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 2 June 2023
