Burst hot water pipe near tank.

I am looking to have some hot water pipe moved in my house - details and photos below. When I got my instant hot water system moved a few years ago I had the option of drilling through a bathroom wall near the new system or running the pipe around 10m-15m through the roof to connect to the old hot water pipe location. I chose to run the pipe through the roof but this increased the time it takes for water to get hot substantially. Now I want to modify the existing setup so that the hot water pipes runs only a few metres along the side of the house and goes through the bathroom wall and connects through the under bathroom sink hot water tap. I want to do this to reduce the hot water run time. I also want the current hot water pipe that goes through the roof to be removed. This hot water pipe goes through the roof and then under about six 60cmx60cm pacers before connecting through the laundry. Im not sure but I think you might have to lift a few of these pavers to put an end piece on the end of the hit water pipe that connects to the laundry. I can lift the pavers to make the job easier. You are welcome to keep this large amount of hot water pipe to sell. Photo 1: The new hot water system with the hot water pipe running up in side the roof. This is where the old hot water system used to be. This pipe runs in to the ground and runs under around 6 pavers (mentioned in above advert) before leading to the laundry. I will move the green shed next to this pipe out of the way so there is plenty of space to do the job. Photo 3: The bathroom on the other side of the wall of the hot water system. This is where I want the hot water pipe to connect from new system to connect to through the wall of the bathroom under the cabinet.

The kitchen sink is no longer sealed properly, just needs to be resealed.

Sink tap need to replace (have parts ready) and fix the leaking pipe.

Tap valves need changing and the outside tap needs to be sealed.

Sink drain blocked - will only drain so far and then comes back up. Hard to tell in photos but their is water level and food clogged up
