Check for any cracked, broken, or displaced tiles. If there are minor displacements, please realign them. For any significant damage, please take photos so I can arrange for repairs. 3. Solar Hot Water System (Visual Check Only) I have an old solar hot water system on the roof that I plan to remove. Please take clear photos of the pipe connections, electrical casing, and the mounting brackets. Check if the water/electricity appears to be disconnected (if obvious), but no manual intervention is required. These photos will help me get quotes for removal. 4. Installation of guttering and down pipes along three roof edges. Lengths custom - 217cm, 166cm and 108cm. Down pipes leading to external water tank. Optional, I already have some of the materials (guttering pre cut for the 217 and the 108 lengths, end pieces and some of the down pipes) just need brackets and more down pipes, or if easier please quote for supplies also.
