Gutter Clean, single level house

I am looking to change the drainage under this gutter to be an exposed sump because the water pools at the location when it rains. The ground around the gutter is brick paving so the brick will need to be cut to fit in the sump. Please provide pricing for supply and installation of the new sump plus any pipe fittings that would be required for the job. Example of the sump is in the photos.

I am looking for someone to assist me with the following tasks: Replace the existing roof panels with insulated panels (minimum 75mm thick). I would like to keep the skylights in their current positions, but they should be replaced with new ones. There is a gap between the patio timbers and the double-glazed glass sides that needs to be covered with insulated panels or another material to prevent outside air, heat, or cold from entering. Replace the existing gutters on the main roof and install box gutters (approximately 36 meters of gutters to be replaced). Please see the attached photo for reference.

Cut the tree back to avoid branches or leaves into the gutter. Take away the green waste after cut.
