Replacement of a 5 metre (approx) section of gutter and fascia above the garage door

The building located at 126 Bay st Rockdale, corner Cameron St is a 2 storey building of 6 units. The roof has leak above the 2 entrances to the building, one of Bay st and one of Cameron st. The roof is terracotta tiled roof. Also some gutters are rusted through and need replacement. Please inspect the building and provide your fixed quote, my budget stated on this site maybe incorrect, but I had to provide some figure in order to place the task onsite.

We have a high tree about 5mt x 30cm wide and has grown against the gutter. Damaging the gutter. It needs to be chopped down. It will need the brances taken off first so that it doesn't fall on the colourbond fence or neighbouring town house. It is in the Heritage Park complex at Berrys Head Rd. Narara and I'm pretty sure thers access from Old Pacific Rd to get equipment to it. I could meet you on site to instruct you as to the position. The offending tree has other privets around it. There is some problem on the granny flat The gutters are pretty new so someone suggested to put flushing because the water goes on the wall but it looks like flushing didn't do the job and we have some mold coming through the wall in the bathroom

I have noticed on windy days, I can hear noisy noise in my room on second floor and I believe the noise is caused by gutter drain pipe rattling/vibrating badly. Any solution to this?

It appears like two linear crack that has developed, which is leading to water spilling down along the exterior wall and the usual green spots appearing. I believe this looks more like a patch repair over a replacement of gutter. This is flush with a pergola with poly roofing on it. The third job which you dont need to quote for, is that a strip of gutter on the pergola is pooling at the wrong end. Open to either putting in an additional downlpipe or rectifying the gradient of the gutter to flow the right way. Can upsell that on site.

The shower drain on the lower floor doesn’t drain causing water to build up on the floor of the shower stall. At roughly the same time, a drain outside that deals with rainwater has also clogged causing a build up of water outside the drain.

The front gutter is currently loose where it meets the side wall, meaning it currently leans at the wrong angle and therefore water runoff is pooling at this location (where it is meant to go the other way). Area of guttering at the back of the house that continuously leaks. I’ve had it looked at previously and I’ve tried everything to stop it from leaking. The guttering isn’t level, water pools at the place where it leaks, I can’t fix it and it’s annoying to have puddles of water in a covered area every time it rains!

Leaking between gutter and roof

Hi there have a leaking gutter when it’s rains heavily the rain puts out from the side of the gutter where it meets the down pipe.
