Need roof gutter repair double story house

One of my gutters is flexing open around the middle section when there is heavy rain. I understand it is due to either a missing or broken gutter hanger (possibly several). The gutter affected is approximately 6 m in length on the second story (highlighted in red in the photo). It could be that the existing hangers have just unclipped, but assume replacement is required for your quote. Gutters are relatively new, refer to the second photo that shows the type of gutter installed.

Need my roof gutter repaired it has come loose and tilted from the recent rain and will also need the gutters cleared of debris. The roof is Colorbond and flat.

This work is at my investment property in Epping. The tenants noticed water marks on the skirting board and the property manager enaged a plumber to investigate. ------ WORK COMPLETED: Attended property to conduct investigations to leaks in the living room. Accessed and inspected several spots that are leaking. Conducted moisture testing and found most areas with low readings - Almost dry. There are obvious water stains that have dried. Set up ladder to inspect roof and gutters. Found multiple solar panels installed on the roof. Found gutters are full of debris. Found multiple tiles (Roof and Ridge) with cracks. Found the pointing on the edge of the ridge tiles was coming off at the front of the house and some areas at the rear. Cracked tiles or bedding might be allowing water to ingress - Suggest the main cause is the full guttering. Recommend full roof/gutter clean and temporary silicone on ridge capping to be completed for the first stage. If leaks continue we would recommend and full re-bed and point of ridge capping and replacement of cracked tiles. Recommended - Further works to be completed on a dry day. Return and do a full gutter clean. Test all downpipes to ensure they are not blocked. Apply temporary silicone seal to suspect holes and ridge cap bedding.

Looking for an experienced handyman or roof plumber to repair a loose corner section of my roof gutter. The gutter has become loose at one corner and water drips from this area during rain. Job includes: * Inspect the gutter corner and identify the cause. * Re-secure the gutter to the fascia. * Replace brackets/clips/screws if required. * Seal any leaking joints if necessary. * Ensure water flows correctly with no leaks after repair. House is a single-storey home in Doreen. Please bring the necessary tools and materials. (screws, brackets, sealant, etc.) required I’ve attached photos of the issue.

When it rains, water pools in one corner of my gutter and overflows like a fountain. The gutters are clear of debris but I believe they are on a very slight slant leading rain to build up in this corner and rush over the edge. I need someone to replace the piece of rotting wood underneath this corner of the gutter (see images) and install a downpipe so that water can effectively drain from this area in the future.
