Require someone to provide a design and quote for a backyard/front yard landscaping job

Looking for a reliable landscaper/gardener who can help us do a makeover for our front yard and make it more attractive. Must have experience with contemporary landscaping and a knack for creative, within budget/cost-effective solutions. Low maintenance is preferable - Artificial turf we are thinking. We have 2 sections at the front. The big one apprx. 7 mx5m Small one on the side apprx. 1.2m x 14m Work requires - resoil/ mulch : plant new plants or trees.
