Find a reliable levelling service in North East Melbourne

I am looking for someone to help me level my backyard. I've been weeding it by hand & Shovel and its created a number of uneven holes and surfaces. Open to suggestions, was thinking of having the rest of the top layer scraped off, or the soil tilled out to kill any remaining weed roots, and then level the backyard. Its a small area (10m x 4m strip), and I hope for an experienced gardener, it would be a relatively easy job. Very easy access in the back, and waste doesn't really need to be removed, we can deal with it.

I would like to convert this paved area to a compacted granitic sand area with garden beds. Approx area for sand 45sqm. I will order and provide sand and edging. You must provide tools and professional compacter. I will remove existing pavers.
