We are looking for an experienced tradesperson to install weep holes into the brick mortar of an approximately 40–50 cm high brick retaining wall. The wall has previously been repaired, but due to the garden layout and slope, water is pooling in one corner of the garden bed. The soil is becoming heavily saturated and causing pressure against the wall, resulting in sagging concerns. We need someone who can assess the best placement and number of weep holes required to improve drainage and reduce water pressure behind the wall. Experience with brickwork, retaining walls, and drainage solutions is preferred. Please include your availability, relevant experience, and an estimate of cost.
