My house is on the hill, the next house to me is slightly lower than me. A part of my fencing and retaining wall going to fall in the nex house, probably needs some assistance from skilled individual, i will attach the photos. I also want to add another post there just to make it more secure.

Site scrape 50mm from front yard(37m^2) and 50mm from back yard(33m^2) with a dingo or positrack. Land size is 350m^2 with existing dwelling. Total yard Area size is 70 square metres. Easy access to rear yard via adjacent empty block of land. Front yard is open access, no fence or gate in the way. Need front yard compacted / rolled over after scrape and back yard(only) backfilled with clean fill(100mm) and rolled over and compacted, clean fill will be provided along with Skip for the spoil which will be on the front driveway. Grass is almost non existent at front and back. Has been freshly mowed and is mostly dried dirt. All I need is you, your time, your machinery and your precision. We'll work together to dig more of the soil behind the retaining wall to get the necessary slope for water to drain. I'll also need help shovelling the drainage rocks back into the geofabric material while we backfill the soil. This job will include a lot of manual labour. We'll get as much done as possible in 5-6 hours and then call it a day even if we didn't finish it. It will help if you can bring a trench shovel or a smallish shovel to get into narrow openings.
