We would like an "end of lease" quality clean for our near new unit on 17/12/2020. Unit specs are; single level, 3 bedroom (with BIR with mirror doors), 1 x tiled bathroom (shower, bath, toilet, mirror medicine cabinet + vanity, laundry (sink and cabinetry), small hallway, open plan kitchen/living. No carpet (all floorboards). Plantation shutters 5 x windows. All surfaces to be cleaned thoroughly - walls, floors, in/out cupboards, in/our wardrobes, windows/doors, oven, range hood, skirting boards etc. Must provide own cleaning products/equipment. Hot water and electricity will be connected.

We need help to level the grass where we want to erect our temporary above ground pool. The grass is relatively flat already but we can’t work out how to properly check it. The pool we have bought is a circular shape, intex graphite gray panel pool set. 4800mm diameter. Suggested rate is a starting point for further discussion, depending on the work required to level ground. Additional fee available if person can help set up the pool too, once the ground is prepared.
