Need repair of small retaining wall, around 2m x 2m

Replacement of existing Fence and build & install a wooden gate on to Fence, close to the house side. No Gate existing currently . Current Fence is about 6 meters long, replacement would be about 5 meters of fence and 1 meter wide gate . Flexible on fence & gate style. There is short retaining wall that the fence is attached to. currently. Would like that replaced with steel uprights and sleepers not attached to fence posts .

The retaining wall is getting leaning out, the timber posts has rotten under the soil, need to strengthen the sleepers and replace the timber posts
