Area Measurements: * Side Yard 1: 14 × 2.6 m (36.4 m²) * Side Yard 2: 14.7 × 1.79 m (26.31 m²) * Backyard: 4.6 × 4 m Scope of Work: * Install 1200 × 600 × 18 mm porcelain tiles in a zigzag pattern along both side yards, as per attached designs. * Install black and white decorative pebbles around the tiles. * Install suitable edging/trims to separate and secure tiles and pebbles. * Lay tiles along the Hebel wall and decking edge in the backyard. * Cut tiles neatly around drainage pipes, corners and existing fixtures. * Complete final levelling, compaction, bedding and secure installation. Materials: * I will supply 50 porcelain tiles. * Contractor to supply all remaining materials, including decorative pebbles, edging, bedding/bonding materials, fixings and equipment. Site Conditions: * Crushed rock and crusher dust base already installed and partially compacted. * Most groundwork is completed; only final preparation and paving installation are required. * Existing drainage must be maintained. The firewood is in my driveway & needs to be moved and stacked into the shed. The distance is approximately 30 metres from wood to shed. I have a wheelbarrow which can be used.
